Request For Proposal

Organizations seeking to explore services engagement should submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) outlining the Event profile, requested services scope, and organizational credentials.

RFP submissions should include sufficient detail to evaluate operational complexity, planning horizon, services requirements, and organizational alignment.

RFP materials should include, at minimum:

• Host organization name and business summary 

• Primary business contact information 

• Event name, website URL, and event location 

• Event dates and planning horizon 

• Historical or projected attendance and lodging demand metrics 

• Requested services scope and operational objectives 

• Any known procurement timelines or proposal deadlines
